Exercise Physiology

How does it work?

As a starting point we recommend an INITIAL CONSULTATION - 45 MINUTES ($90*)

Madeleine will conduct a thorough assessment. She will ask questions about your general health, history of injury or surgery, previous and current exercise, and most importantly, your goals.

During your assessment, Madeleine can help you decide, with you, the best way forward to achieve your goals.

We have the following options (Click to expand)

  • This is suitable for those that would like a program to perform at home or their own gym. At your initial consulation, Madeleine will tailor the program to suit your lifestyle and access to equipment or gym facilities. Programs can be designed for everyone, regardless of fitness level and availability of equipment. Madeleine may recommend a SUBSEQUENT CONSULTATION- 45 MINUTES ($90*) to reassess and progress or adjust your program as required.

  • We would recommend INDIVIDUAL EXERCISE SESSIONS - 45 MINUTES (FROM $55 TO $70*)

Ideal for those that would like regular 1:1 sessions with Madeleine. Sessions are conducted in our fully equipped gym area. We have free weights, machine weights, cables and pulleys, resistance bands, a Pilates reformer and other balance and strength equipment.

Madeleine will closely supervise your technique, ensure your are safe but challenged to a level that you can progress.

  • We recommend either our STUDIO PILATES/EXERCISE CLASSES - 45 MINUTES ($17.50 - $30^) or STRENGTH CIRCUIT CLASSES -45 MINUTES ($17.50 - $30^)

Pilates classes - fully body workout with using Pilates reformer, matwork, weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls and rings, balance equipment and more.

Strength Circuit classes - 5 partipants, 5 stations including barbell, dumbbells, machine weights, Pilates reformer, cardio equipment and more.
