This device allows us to isolate specific muscles, such as your quads, glutes, or shoulders. It tells us exactly where you are strong and where a "weak link" might be hiding that could lead to re-injury.

Pull-IT: Tension Measurement

Designed for heavy-duty testing, this sensor measures pulling force. It is essential for testing hamstring strength in runners or neck and upper-body stability for contact athletes.

The Results: Your Return to Sport Report

Following your session, you will receive a comprehensive digital report. We look specifically for your Limb Symmetry Index (LSI).

For most athletes, the gold standard for a safe return to sport is achieving an LSI of 90% or higher, meaning your injured side is within 10% of your healthy side:
